We handle cases in the Supreme Court, the Court of Appeal, the High Court and subordinate courts within the country including Nairobi, Mombasa, Nakuru, Kisumu, Kisii, Kakamega, Bungoma, and Busia. We are, however, willing to serve in any region or station as may be necessary.

The firm has a staff complement of 22, comprising of advocates, legal assistants, interns and support staff. The advocates have a wealth of experience and are all advocates of the High Court.

Support staff includes administrative assistants and legal assistants supported by consultants in administration, human resource and information technology.

Support Staff

Our support staff comprises of (1) one Operations and HR Manager, one (1) Accountant, four (4) Legal Assistants, three (3) administrative assistants, one (1) Driver, an ICT Consultant and one (1) Office Assistant. They are competitively recruited and have vast experience in their respective areas of work. 

They undergo training regularly to improve their proficiency and to ensure that they have a high level of client care and associated practices.

Pupils

Each year we recruit at least three (3) students as part of our contribution to the training of advocates and maintenance of excellent professional standards. The pupils are selected via formal interviews and undergo extensive training in all areas of law including but not limited to commercial litigation, conveyance, Corporate and Commercial work, Judicial Review, negotiation and interviewing skills. In addition to the legal and skills training our pupils are taught about client care and professional ethics.
